Insensys is focused on delivering improvements in turbine performance, reliability and profitability to our customers around the globe. We work closely with our customers and suppliers to design and deliver highly effective fibre optic monitoring systems developed from our core products, skills and intellectual property specifically for the Wind Energy Industry.

Our team of installation and training professionals (currently 8 full-time engineers around the globe) has gained a wealth of experience, which enables Insensys to offer an unrivalled level of support during installation, commissioning and operation of load monitoring systems. Through continual internal and external training, research and development we are constantly seeking to improve the level and quality of support that we can offer.

Cost effective deployment of the Insensys system in production turbines has been achieved through the development of a package designed to fit seamlessly with blade and pitch control manufacturing processes.  Interactive DVD based training programmes have been developed by Insensys for training blade manufacturing operatives to install blade sensors and for Service Technicians on the installation and commissioning of the system during turbine erection.  These multi-lingual programmes provide cost effective training wherever the Blade Production teams and Service crews reside in the World.

Our extensive knowledge of wind turbine design and operation further allows us to provide additional support through detailed analysis of the recorded data to help our customers maximize the potential of their turbines.
