Chris Knox
Chris joined the business in 2007 working in the Sales team. After leading the Sales team, Chris became CEO in 2012. Chris has overseen Insensys build supply relationships with the leading turbine manufacturers, and established Insensys as the leading blade sensing supplier.
During a 10 year spell within Moog, Chris combined this role with management roles in Germany, China and Brazil.
Chris read Engineering at Southampton University, and a post-graduate diploma in Corporate Finance at the Leicester School of Management
Chief Finance Officer
Lucy Knox
Lucy joined Insensys as CFO in 2019. Prior to that Lucy was a partner at Deloitte in London with a 21 year career advising companies of all sizes across a range of sectors on accounting and corporate finance.
Chief Operating Officer
Andy Gallon
Andy joined the company in 2002 as a Project Manager.
Chief Technical Officer
Glynn Lloyd
Glynn has been involved with Insensys since the birth of the company in 2002. He invented the core sensing technology, which came out of his PhD thesis “Resonant Cavity Fibre Bragg Grating Sensor Interrogation” from Aston University. Glynn had a range of senior Engineering roles leading to becoming CTO in 2007. He moved to Moog in 2014 to as Director of Technology for Moog Industrial Services (~$160mpa revenue).
