“I joined Insensys in 2019 as a Production Technician. I really enjoyed working in production and building arrays however I decided to change careers. I started an accountancy course at a local college. After completing level 2, I noticed that the company was looking for an additional member for the Finance team. I knew this is a good opportunity, so I let the management know that I was interested in applying. Having only just completed my foundation level I was given support in my new role and worked with my colleagues to gain new skills. Since January 2021, I am a full time Accounts Assistant, and I am continuing my studies. I am really happy to be given a chance to develop my career at Insensys and feel a valued member of the Finance team.”

“I joined Insensys at the end of 2008 as an Account Manager looking after one of the larger accounts. My experience is that in smaller companies, what you do on a day-to-day basis really matters and impacts how successful the business will be. I have enjoyed my time at the company and over the years have moved from Account Manager to Key Account Manager and recently my role has changed to Business Development Director.
