Summary of the Production Planner Role:
Responsible for administration of production
paperwork, including management of works orders, delivery paperwork, shop floor
Responsible for ensuring all deliveries are correct before dispatch, including quality of goods, packaging and paperwork.
Working with Production Engineering and General Manager to monitor and improve existing Production processes and systems, and develop new processes and systems as required, including staff training and assessment.
Support the adherence of the Kingdom Close
facility to our QHSE policy and implementing all systems correctly.

Monday – Thursday 07.30 – 16.30, Friday 07.30 – 13.30

Ensuring a solid understanding of, and compliance with, the documented controls and processes, including all QHSE Procedures, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments, developed to reduce the likelihood of harm to people, property and the environment to as low a level as is reasonably practicable. Actively contribute to the progressive improvement of all documented controls and processes, including the QHSE Procedures, Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments, developed to reduce the likelihood of harm to people, property and the environment to as low a level as is reasonably practicable. Take personal and legal responsibility for your own Health and Safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or do not do. Actively intervene in any unsafe act or condition that may be identified. Co-operate with the Management Team so far as is necessary to ensure that the requirements defined by the Integrated QHSE Management System are performed or complied with. Ensuring that any PPE issued or made available for use is used, maintained correctly and any loss or damage is minimised. Immediately reporting any unsafe or potentially unsafe acts or conditions to your Supervisor or any member of the Management Team. Actively reporting any errors, omissions or potential improvements identified in the Health and Safety Management System and the associated controls or processes. Comply with all Client QHSE controls, processes and other requirements on Client work sites.
