Conflict Materials Statement

Insensys Ltd embraces it’s environmental and ethical commitments, including respect to the Dodd Frank Act – Section 1502 on Conflict Materials.

The Insenys Supplier Code of Conduct states that no supplier shall source from conflict regions (including the Democratic Republic of Congo and adjoining countries) or act unethically within their supply chain.

This statement is directly in respect of the sourcing of, and supply of the following minerals,

• • Coltan (Columbite Tantalite) and its derivatives (Tantalum)
  • Cassiterite and its derivatives (Tin)
  • Wolframite and its derivatives (Tungsten)
  • Gold

We have committed to not source any of the above materials from conflict regions, while we are not under obligation to audit conflict material suppliers, we have undertaken due diligence with the Supplier Code of Conduct and will continue to partner with approved suppliers who only source minerals from responsible sources.
