We are delighted to announce that our CEO and CFO, Chris Knox and Lucy Knox, have been jointly shortlisted as London and South East regional finalists for the EY Entrepreneur Of the Year 2022™.

The Entrepreneur Of The Year UK programme celebrates the innovation, leadership and positive societal contributions made by entrepreneurs, impacting people and their communities, and leaving lasting business legacies.

Despite the pandemic and related global supply chain constraints, Chris and Lucy have grown our Wind Energy sensing business four-fold during their three years of private ownership, creating over 50 new jobs in the local community, and now helping to power 60 million homes with renewable energy globally. Insensys are also at the forefront of developing our sensing technology to benefit other emerging “better world” markets, such as sustainable shipping and smart composite structures, which will further help make the planet a cleaner and safer place.
