We are pleased to announce that we have recently become members of the ADS Group, Aerospace Defence and Security and the FAC, Farnborough Aerospace Consortium.

With rising interest in our systems and the increased usage of composite materials in next generation aircraft and land-based fighting vehicles, this sector is seeing increasing benefits from sensing, both to understand how composites perform in operation but also to develop and enhance longer term design improvements.

Membership of the FAC increases the Insensys presence within the Aerospace sector as we continue to develop a flight qualified optical sensing system for release by Oct 2024. Concepts are proven, and non-production interrogators have been doing tests in the air since 2010.

We look forward to starting discussions with all our fellow ADS and FAC members about how our certified and proven optical sensing system can best be utilized and deployed!
