We have joined the over 7,000 other employers around the UK in voluntarily committing to pay above minimum wage and in line with the actual cost of living, showing what we believe in, that everyone should get a fair day’s pay for a hard day’s work.

The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually by the Resolution Foundation and the Living Wage Commission and it is based on the basic living costs and standards in the UK.

This accreditation from the Living Wage Foundation is now our formal commitment to our employees to show them that we are as dedicated to them as they are to us.
